Yes that's right. Someone circumvented our system and issued not 1 but 2 LE's after a CD had already been issued. My thought is to ignore them and any fee increases reflected on the 2 additional LE's be covered by the Lender. Any other brilliant ideas? Much appreciated.........

As a tag on to this conversation, is there penalty or legal risk when a LE is issued the same day as a CloD? The LEs issued in question were to extend a lock date that would have expired prior to the closing date. There were no fee adjustments through the document, they only amended Rate Lock information. Thank you.

IMHO, the LE wasn't needed, so it results in no harm, no foul.
