Do you provide security training to the Board of Directors and if so, what do you cover?

We don't provide security training, but we do provide an annual security report to the board. It covers a security review of each financial center, any security concerns and how they were corrected. The report also contains the results of the quarterly security meetings at each financial center. From this report the BOD asks questions about the topics which in a way is training them on security.

Security training for Board correlates to the information they have access to and the devices they use as well as general facility security.

Info security, not leaving printed material in a car or elsewhere unsecured, reminding them of scams that could happen and general security awareness is not a bad idea. This is especially true for insider-directors. This isn't necessarily different than what you'd offer branch managers and others who may have access to data, laptops, smartphones, etc.
