What do you require from customers that have private ATMs on the premises? We've always gathered proof of Schedule Q, ISO agreements and had them complete a ATM funding questionnaire. It was suggested we get a copy of their application filed with the Commonwealth as well but one vendor stated that was now completed on-line. I can't find anything on the Division of Banks site to support that. If in fact this is the case it was suggested we get a copy of the response from the Commonwealth but I'm sure that won't be easy since we're more than likely dealing with the ISO. These private ATMs are almost as bad as MSBs! Thanks in advance...
We do what you do, evidence of registration with the state, copy of contract and written explanation of funding, replenishment. that's all and I feel sufficient.
