Would an application to pay for termite treatments on a dwelling be considered home improvement? HELP

If the loan is dwelling secured (or classified as home improvement), I would consider this a home improvement. Just spraying to keep bugs away I would not, but to actually correct termite damage is actual work on the home and most certainly improves and saves the home.

Uhhh. . . . Seriously?

I'm with KB. If it's spraying/poison, etc., I don't see that as home improvement - real property improvement. If it's structural improvements to repair rodent damage, I think it would be home improvement.

Either way, document why you chose what you did and move on.
