CTR completion question: $15,000 Cash deposit to the account of Mary Johnson and John Johnson, Tenants by Enitrity-We have knowledge Mr. Johnson is deceased-Does this change who benefitted from the deposit?

He died two days ago -according to the banker, Haven't seen the death notice or death certificate.

If he died before the deposit was made he did not derive any benefit from it... Tenancy by the entireties would make no difference; the money belonged to both of them before he died. After he died, it only belonged to her.
