Just a random thought/question of the day,

Our institution is FDIC regulated and I have been dealing with a lot of flood issues for a while now. But in looking up the rules from the FDIC on notices [339.9] and other issues, I was curious if OCC banks had similar regs or if they differed to something else.

I have no experience with the OCC, but thought it might be good to know.

It's all in accordance with the Flood Disaster Protection Act and agencies picked up the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 and the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014
