Audit Reports and billing on the cover page. Who gets top billing, the company performing the audit, or the bank who paid for the audit? One side of the debate thinks the auditor's logo and name should be predominant. The other side says the report is for the bank/board and their name should be predominant on the title or cover page.

What say you? If solved still today, happy hour is paid for....maybe.

And, if you were given the bank's logo for one reason or another, might you use that to make the report pretty for the board? Personalized?

Most of the ones I've seen (audit, compliance, Information Technology, SOX, etc) it's almost equal prominence.

In most cases, the vendor has a more information (logos, addresses, etc.), but the name of the client is significantly larger. IMHO, pretty goes on a wall in a frame. This is a business analysis not a marketing document.

I would be more concerned with the content.

It should go on the letterhead of the company addressed to the chairperson of the audit committee.

Nothing more or nothing less.
