Does anyone have experience with an Irrevocable Funeral Trust? How should they be titled? Can a check written out to the Trustee (the funeral home) be deposited into the account or should the check be written our to Jane Doe Irrevocable Trust? I feel like it is the later but can't find anything specific on this. Thanks.
