When renewing a loan in a flood zone and sending the notice to the borrower do you still have to wait a reasonable time to book the renewal loan? Like after receipt? After the supposed 10 day "reasonable time"? Would 3-5-6 days work (from the time the officer began work on the renewal)? TIA

They already have insurance - just make sure they get the notice before closing and as soon as reasonably possible.
