I have a couple questions about the California Natural Hazards Disclosure report.
- Is this an APR fee? I suspect not but confirming.
- Where does the fee typically reside on LE & CloD?

If you require it you would disclose in Section B or C depending on whether the borrower is allowed to shop. If you do not require and it is a borrower-paid fee I would disclosue in Section H (Other)

We do not require so we do not consider an APR fee. I would recommend contacting your legal counsel for a determination if you require.
