I am wondering how to test the Comparison section on the Loan Estimate. We normally use ARPWIN to calculate apr but right now this is not working. APRWIN 6.2 doesn't have a section where I can add fees that affect apr. Does anyone know of an updated version of APRWIN or a program available online so I can test the APR.

The calculation of the APR has not changed with TRID. I don't understand the issue.

The issue is with the program APRWIN as I stated. I am wondering if anyone uses the program has found a fix or a setting I need to change.

Why do you need to add fees? You have always had to separately verify the amount financed. I really don't understand the issue and I use APRWIN on all TRID loans. The calculation of APRs have not changed. If you are talking about using to prove total payments, then that is a manual calculation.
