Customer deposits 10,017. $9900 is in a business where she is an employee. The rest was a deposit into her personal account. The business is not exempt. Do I include the business information on the CTR?

One conductor that brought in and deposited more than $10k in cash you must file a CTR. I don't know how you can file a CTR in this instance without including the business information.

You aggregate when deposits are made:

by the same person or
on behalf of the same person.

I cannot tell for sure from your example, but if she made both deposits, then they are subject to aggregation for that reason.

You still include all persons on whose behalf the transactions were conducted.
