Probably one of the last banks to do so, but in the next year we will be adding additional services such as mobile banking and remote capture. Where do I start with these items? Happy as a customer to get them, making me pull my hair out as a BSAO.

I'm in the same boat.

We're about to roll out within the next two months.

I"ve been involved from the CIP portion at online account opening, and with the mobile and RDC side you want to look at and make sure the transactions are being mapped correctly into your BSA/AML monitoring systems.

I've already encountered a few issues with the mapping and descriptions.

Parameter building will be a nightmare since you don't have a historical metrics to base your parameters on.

I"ve told management upon release of the products, the BSA monitoring will be undergoing consistent optimization over the course of the next 36 months.
