Looking for guidance on whether BSA/AML training is required for contractors at a financial institution. Is it required for all, dependent on job function or not required at all?

I don't believe that you are expected to train non-bank employees.

If they are function in any capacity that exposes them to AML risks by performing line or management tasks - you bet they need it. I know banks in which "all" of the employees are contract labor. It would be no different than hiring a temp. from a temp agency for the teller line. If you are talking about auditors and such, no.
