After doing a review I notice that one loan has all "$0" listed in the loan estimate section under cash to close section of closing disclosure. Thus you cannot tell what the actual change was from loan estimate to final.

This loan was closed in February of this year. My review is now in October.

I believe I am outside the window of re-disclosing so is there anything I need to do regarding this matter?

Any guidance would help.

Are there any potential tolerance violations?

You already missed the time frame to issue technical corrections, but it may be worthwhile to do so for the sake of an auditor/examiner.

My question is was there supposed to be a dollar amount in the cash to close? Did the customer pay any amount in closing costs out of pocket?
