Our bank has signed up for Mortgagebot (loan application software for the internet), but our president decided not to purchase the 3-Day Disclosure module which instantly gives the disclosures to the customer via the internet. It has been decided that those disclosures will be mailed to the customer. In a recent webinar put on by Andy Z, I thought that it was stated that the practice of mailing the disclosures was not acceptable. Is this correct? Do you have any suggestions of any other ways (other than purchasing the module) that we could get these dislosures to the customer?

Some disclosures, like a GFE and early TIL can be mailed. But some disclosures, like a CHARM booklet, must be give at the time of application. There is no 3-business day grace period. Which disclosures and product types are you referring to?
