Nothing makes you appreciate how crazy banking regulations are like listening to the MLO in the next office explaining on the phone why the customer has to get a new LE, and can't get the CD on the same day as the revised LE, and yes, that means closing has to be moved, and I can tell the customer just wants everything today.
