One of our lenders charged an appraisal fee of $385. Appraisal fee ended up being $360. Turned out that there was also a need for a completion certificate due to some repairs that had to be made. Lender didn't think to disclose the $100 Completion Certificate fee on the LE within the three days of the change of circumstance when learning about the necessary repairs. So what we need to do is disclose the omitted fee on the CloD. Now, do we have to eat the entire $100 fee or can we aggregate it all together and only eat the $75 seeing that the appraisal fee was lower than what was originally disclosed?

Fees in Section B are cured one by one and not in aggregate.

Yep. You should use the columns on Page 2 of the CD and put $100 as the amount of the charge and then $100 in the Paid by Others column.

Clarification -- The $100 only appears once in section B on page 2 -- in the Paid by Others column. Don't also list it in the Borrower-Paid column, because that will foul up the math and you could end up paying for it twice.
