After reading through various Reg D threads I did not see an answer to my question. I have a customer who sent a courier to make a transfer from the account in question to a 3rd party at our financial institution. The account holder wrote a check from the fiduciary account which she is a trustee of and the check was deposited into a corporate account which she is the president/signer of. Both accounts are housed at our financial institution. The deposit/transfer was made via courier. Because it was done by courier am I correct in saying this is NOT a limited transaction(does not count toward 6)?

It was done by check - the courier has nothing to do with it. It would be counted.
