We have a appraisal waiver for a business loan - Per resolution, business require two signatures on legal documents (note, deed, etc) Would you consider appraisal waiver form as a legal document? Or is it ok to accept one signature on appraisal waiver form? Curious to see what you do at your bank for situations like this.

Thanks.
