Scenario: buyer purchasing duplex to be used as office space instead of an a dwelling. Not reportable, correct? I'm sure this has been talked about before on here and I tried doing a search, but I don't think I was using the right keywords.

The property will not be used as a dwelling therefore it would not be HMDA reportable.
