Can someone tell me if Kentucky requires a spousal signature on a mortgage for investment purposes. The spouse would be a non-borrowing and non-purchasing spouse.

If the property is to be held individually (not in an entity); the mortgagor's spouse would need to execute the mortgage for any dower / curtesy interest. Typically the mortgagor's marital status is listed in the mortgage.
