I am new to approving pictures on our website-in the past we had just a picture of the bank and recently upgraded and are doing more marketing with the website-so I am trying not to be overly critical, but also want to stay compliant...
In your opinion if we are going to market an HSA account and show an image of a calculator, cash and a receipt-does it matter what is showing on the receipt? In this case the image that the marketing department proposed has a list of items from a pharmacy that appear to me to be over the counter items that are not eligible for you to use your HSA with...could this be "deceptive" to the customer or am I over thinking this item.

Thank you!

Sounds like it to me. Also, I hope someone did a thorough cost benefit analysis before deciding to offer HSA accounts, because they are almost without question a losing proposition.
