Our bank sponsors a "player of the game" at local high school athletic events. The branch manager would like to have posted on our Facebook page a picture of the player and the bank staff when presenting the award. Can/Should we do this? Should we have a consent to use the photograph and post? In some cases the athlete may be under 18 years of age would we need parental consent. Anything else I need to be aware or concerned with?

I would definitely get the consent of the player and parent. I'm not a fan of putting employees names and faces on the web or FB for obvious safety concerns. You might get the employees consent as well if you go that route.
