I am looking for a resource that breaks down what type of training is recommended by area of the bank. Such as commercial operations staff requirements, accounting personnel requirements, or IT. Does anyone know of a site or reference material they can share? We would like to make sure no one is completing any unnecessary training.

Probably not the answer you want to hear, but I would take the time to think about each department and the weaknesses identified through audits to determine where they might need training. Also consider the core functions of the department. Most will need some fair lending, but your lending/processing staff probably need more than IT.
