I just got something from Transunion about the newly established minimum reporting requirements for consumer personally identifiable information. I had read about this a while ago and thought the middle initial or name was now going to be required BUT in there information this is what it says "Furnishers must report: Full name (First Name, Middle Name or Middle Initial (if available), Last Name and Generation Code/Suffix)" So does "if available" mean the middle name or initial is not required. I am just trying to get my ducks in a row for a lenders meeting and they can't do anything new unless we talk about it for 6 months

Does anyone have an answer for this? We are wondering the same thing, and I am not finding a definitive answer anywhere. Even if someone could simply point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks so much!
