Our Mortgage Department is wanting to some marketing emails to realtors.

There is no thing of value being promised or asked for. We give examples of how we excel at our client relations and doing our best to ensure smooth closings, followed by asking to work together with a realtor to develop client relationships and posting our contact info.

Basically we are just selling our expertise in getting loans closed on time.

I don't see an issue, but maybe I'm overlooking a crucial rule. Any thoughts?
