Is there a Minnesota banker who can clear up a question for me?

TCF NB was in the headlines last week. The CFPB listed its headquarters as Wayzata, MN, but the FDIC puts it in Sioux Falls, SD.

Which is correct?

I dug around some more, and discovered the bank HQ is in Sioux Falls. The holding company is in Wayzata. Thanks if you started looking.
