Can you tell me how you handle Dr.’s offices depositing checks to their business accounts? When there are several doctors in the office and the account is usually in the name of the practice, do you have an agreement they sign for the office to stamp the checks which are made payable to individual doctor or does the Dr.’s office provide their own document/agreement each doctor has signed?

If the check is payable to Dr. Shmuck, then Dr. Schmuck needs to endorse it. If it's deposited to the Divinity Medical Practice account then it needs to carry that endorsement after Dr. Schmuck's.

If the account is in the name of the practice they should tell their patients to make the check payable to the practice. Yep, the rules apply to them too, unless they can demonstrate that they actually can walk on water.
