Thinking this is not allowed since my searches have yielded nothing. Are we allowed to charge a fee on accounts when there is a reg d violation? Like a $5 charge for sending the letters, etc.?

It's a common practice, but I like to get people's attention and would be looking at a $25 minimum.

Fee or no fee, you are still obligated to put a stop to the violation; i.e. you cannot just impose a fee, you have to fix it.
