We need to mail our Loan Estimate packet to a military APO address; borrowers are stationed in Germany. We, the Lender, will be paying for the postage and showing it as being paid by us on the documents. Is the mailing delivery/receipt timing requirements for the LE the same for overseas mailing? I wasn't sure if there was any extended waiting period due to the time it takes to deliver overseas.

There isn't a special waiting period for assuming delivery to APOs. As a practical matter, you need to keep the extra lag time in mind when scheduling events, though.
