The CFPB link to the Home Loan Toolkit appears to not be working and I did not download a full copy to my pc as a backup. Does someone have a link they can share so that I can print the Toolkit for an LE that needs to go out today? Thanks.

I was wondering if it was on my end so that explains it. I have now downloaded and saved the toolkit in case this happens again. Hopefully, the CFPB won't be updating this version anytime soon. Thanks.
