Suffering some sticker shock at AllRegs' new pricing and wondered if anyone had ideas of competitors that would be a good replacement. Obviously eRegulations is out there but the notifications are not as robust. Any ideas you have are appreciated.

I just subscribe to the Fed's Regs on CD service (dirt cheap - like $200 a year), and then use BOL. Haven't felt lost or behind on anything with those two!

Depending on what I'm looking for it's BOL or the Federal Register. I have not subscribed to a "reg service" since Al Gore invented the Internet.

I used to subscribe to a service, but like others got bummed at increasing sticker prices for lousy service. Increasingly you can find anything you need by asking "The Google". "The Google" knows everything.

I used to use an ICBA product but I stopped as I thought BOL was easier to navigate. If you are not sure where to look a simple Google search and add bankersonline helps point to the right area.

BOL + Google covers almost all of needs.

We used to use AllRegs for the Freddie Mac Seller Servicer guide - but it's available here:
http://www.freddiemac.com/singlefamily/guide/ - it still links you to allregs, but a free version that does not require a log in.

I recently priced a vendor that would automate and offer support in the compliance world, the cost was outrageous (20K a year!). So like others have stated, google, and BOL it will be for me. I also have a great attorney on retainer that I am able to seek advice and guidance from.
