We have a loan with 7 Duplexes (rental properties) on one parcel. The appraisal only gives a total value of the property (nothing I can do about this now) and we need flood insurance. Loan amount just over $600,000. We would insure each building, correct. I realize it's kind of a dumb question; however the loan has been originated (original flood determination had incorrect address) and we're trying to get the letter out immediately.
