I submitted my LAR last week...midweek i'd say.....emailed back my edits, etc. Seems like i should have heard back by now, no?

I emailed my edits on Friday and have not heard back anything either.

Ok.....i guess they're just slow this year. Thanks...good to know i'm not the only one.

I sent my edit response at about 2:00 today and had a confirmation letter by 2:30.

Maybe they're working backwards - processing the newest stuff first?

Got it....they basically said they had misplaced my edit response.

I got a late notice followed by a confirmation.

Now I'm worried. I still have not received anything.

NSF....might be worth emailing them. I ended up emailing (and responding to emails cuz their canned response was "yeah, we got your submission"....and my response was "i'm not asking about my submission...i'm asking about my edit response"). It took a few back and forths and them actually READING what i wrote for them to admit (without actually admitting) that it had been misplaced.

Man! I submitted two LARs and edit reports on the 10th and haven't heard a word yet. Sent an email last week to follow up and nothing.

To get my confirmation letter I had to end up emailing them twice. And finally they sent the letter to me. It was a head ache this year for me.

We submitted this morning, Got our Edit report in less than 15 minutes, reviewed and sent the report back. I will keep the delays in mind when waiting for our confirmation letter...sheesh!

Edits sent back Friday and confirmation received today.

Third follow-up email sent today. To my knowledge, there is no phone number to call.

Norman, are they answering in their secure email format? I just kept responding and saying "no, you're not getting it" basically and on the 3rd or 4th reply, they finally "got it".

They finally responded via their secure email and said the email will serve as my confirmation. Said they were still working on sending out confirmation documents but that apparently I didn't receive mine.

Print. File. Done.

Submitted my data on 2/7/17 at 9:28 AM. Received my Edit Report on 2/7/17 at 9:37 AM.

Sent my response on 2/7/17 at 10:26 AM. Got my confirmation email on 2/7/17 at 11:03 PM.

I emailed the CFPB HMDA Help address on Jan 5th with a few questions on the new rules. James Wiley called me about 2 weeks later, but was only able to address a few of the questions. He told me another CFPB representative would be contacting me shortly. Nothing! I have emailed them twice this month. No replies - except the autogenerated email responses (we're working on it, here's your case number, etc.).

Maybe it's all correlated.

I got the e-mail back that they got my submission on 2/16 at 10:09 a.m.....have e-mailed (on the 24th) to see why no edit report yet but haven't heard back. I am seriously starting to worry....

Submitted my data on 2/22/17 at 11:06 AM. Received my Edit Report on 2/22/17 at 11:11 AM.

Sent my response on 2/22/17 at 11:43 AM. Still awaiting Confirmation.

This has pretty much been my experience with them for the last four years. They will send me a notice that my Edit Report Response is overdue and then follow it up with the Confirmation.

It is rather frustrating and really doesn't seem to make a difference whether I follow-up with them or not. Didn't have this issue during the 15 years prior to the last four!

Jemele - I submitted ours, received the Edit Report and sent the response on the same timeline as you. I did receive the Confirmation just this afternoon.

Anyone else still experiencing slow confirmation? We submitted on Tuesday and emailed back the signed Edit Reports on the same day. Still have not gotten the confirmation yet...
