On your list of fees for your public file do you include the following? UCCs, Direct Liens, Lien perfection?

No. I include the fee schedule we give out with deposit accounts.

I do the same as Jen.

I do the same - just our regular fee schedule that we distribute at new account openings.

Don't forget your loan products (see highlighted text below).

§ 345.43 Content and availability of public file.

(a) Information available to the public. A bank shall maintain a public file that includes the following information:

(5) A list of services (including hours of operation, available [/b]loan and deposit products[b], and transaction fees) generally offered at the bank's branches and descriptions of material differences in the availability or cost of services at particular branches, if any. At its option, a bank may include information regarding the availability of alternative systems for delivering retail banking services (e.g., RSFs, RSFs not owned or operated by or exclusively for the bank, banking by telephone or computer, loan production offices, and bank-at-work or bank-by-mail programs);

We include our fees for loan products. I just wanted to see if it should include fees that are not retained by the bank. Ex: UCC, direct lien, Title perfection, etc.
