The borrower was originally approved through our fixed rate vendor and subsequently denied after the appraisal was received. We can approve the loan in house on an Adjustable Rate Mortgage product. The only item not in our bank’s name is the appraisal but can’t that be sent out for an evaluation and we will have the engagement letter from the fixed rate vendor. Can an application be taken for today’s date and disclosures given on our product appropriately, but can the information that was ordered for the fixed rate loan, title opinion, appraisal, etc… be carried forward and used for our in house loan even though the dates will be prior to our application date?
