We are going to being making FHA Title II loans. Is there a required disclosure to explain when/how the mortgage insurance premium will be terminated, similar to what is required for conventional loans under HOPA?

Thanks.

Not that I am aware. It is either for 11 years or for the term of the loan depending on loan amount and LTV.

Thanks, Randy. Since posting I found MIP termination referenced on two required HUD disclosures. It has been a long time since I worked with FHA and am just a little rusty.
