We have a limited # of branches that have Spanish speaking personnel. When we run an ad we would like to list these branches in Spanish and all the other branches in English to differentiate the branches. These are general ads with not products discussed or triggering terms disclosed. I can't think of a problem doing this, am I missing something?

You could run a tagline indicating that Spanish speaking personnel are available at A, B and C branches.

(Unless the employees are "seasoned", a deposit or operations person may not know how to assist a customer with loan questions, etc. Also, you may want to come up with a plan where the numbers of Spanish speaking employees are circulated to departments, in the event they need to communicate with Hispanics. It also needs to be in their job descriptions so their supervisors don't complain about them "being on the phone and talking in Spanish all day.")
