Quick question - we're using a toll-free number with a pre-recorded message to deliver the disclosure on closed-end loans. Do we need a second, different disclosure for credit cards? I just got tangled up in the ABA Staff Analysis on Q12.

We are using a recorded message to read the MAPR statement and then they can press '1' to get to someone to go over their payment schedule. So that would be able to stay the same for us.

Do you not have any open-end loans like a LOC subject to the MLA oral disclosures?
What message are you using now that covers the payment schedule for the closed end loans? Depending on what it says, it may work for open end and it may not.
