I have a denied loan that is HMDA reportable. It did not get far enough in the process to have an appraisal done. When I type the address into the FFIEC website it cannot find it - I searched through the town it is in and did not even see the name of the road that was listed.
I also searched for it in google maps which also did not find it. I have no idea how to determine where this property is to get the geocode information.
Any advice?

If they already own the property you could use the credit bureau or white pages to confirm that the address is correct. Or you could try USPS.com.
