Does anyone have an internal control audit risk assessment they would be willing to share?

This is a broad topic. Give us a little more information such as the asset size of your institution, number of states you are located and any other useful information. This information help everyone in determining if they can help you.

We are located in just RI and have just hit the $1B mark. I am looking for a risk assessment for determining frequency of internal control areas, not compliance audits.
