Docs 100 Club Joined: May 2016 Posts: 241	The NC high cost loan provisions can be found in the NC General Statutes at section 24-1.1E. The link below should take you there. http://www.ncleg.net/EnactedLegislation/Statutes/PDF/BySection/Chapter_24/GS_24-1.1E.pdf I do not see any exception or exemption in that law for construction loans. _________________________ Just my opinion, I could be wrong. - Dennis Miller
