Our marketing team is looking into a “how are we doing” survey that customers could fill out online (via our website or Facebook page, not sure of their exact plan) or in any of our branches. Everyone who completes the survey would have their name entered into a drawing to win a $25 Visa Gift Card. They plan to draw a few winners.

Question: What potential compliance violations does this pose?

Also, if this is acceptable, do we need to add a disclaimer such as "odds of winning are based on total number of surveys completed. Only one survey may be completed per customer."

We have not done anything like this previously and want to be sure we aren't overlooking anything, or overthinking what they are looking to do.
