Our Wire Transfers have recently moved to Treasury Management and with a fairly new team and constant requirement updates we are trying to evaluate and update current practices. We currently have a Recurring Wire Transfer Form that can be signed by customers, but it has so many variables that it is causing more confusion than benefit. Do other bank's use a similar form - and does it only provide approval for wire transfers to the designated routing and accounts number(s) listed on the form? We currently allow wire requests by email and phone with the required verification and call back - but are evaluating and trying to determine the benefit of the form. Does anyone have any wire form examples they would be willing to share?

My wire form won't be any help but speaking from experience, anytime you change a form or process there will be a learning period that is not always fun. Is this what is happening or is the form faulty or too difficult to use?

It is a form that has been use for many years, but some of the sections are not completely clear as to the purpose. As we are making adjustments we want to evaluate if there is another format that would better serve the bank and customers.
