The institution is charging an overnight delivery fee for a mortgage that is being done. Is this fee included in the HOEPA Points and Fees test?

The loan secretary placed the fee in section A of the LE since the fee is being charged by the bank...don't know if this matters.

a courier fee required by your bank is a ppfc...and I'm not aware, with out researching, of any exemption for that with HOEPA fees.

Also, a fee paid to Fed Ex or UPS would be a Section B fee.
