If we collect Gov't monitoring information and we are not HMDA reporter is there a problem?

When can we safely stop collecting data ( except Fair Housing)?

If you are not a HMDA reporter and you are collecting GMI for loans not covered under Regulation B 1002.13, you are going to have some Regulation B violations.
