Can someone point me to the specific Indiana statute(s) that addressed force-placed insurance (AKA creditor-placed)? I've searched the legislative services area of the state website, as well as the Office of Insurance, but no luck. We recently acquired a few branches in Indiana, so we need to make sure we are following the state guidelines.

Unless something just recently passed IN does not have any force placed insurance requirements outside of the Federal ones.
