We have a down payment assistance loan that requires a Truth In Lending disclosure (the old TIL form). Is there still a waiting period after delivery of that disclosure that applies prior to consummation? Under MDIA there was, but I can't tell if that rule was thrown out in lieu of the new Loan Estimate waiting period. In this instance the loan does not need a Loan Estimate (it meets the down payment assistance exceptions) but still needs an old TIL.
