I am about to go crazy trying to find information on the fact that Kentucky state law does not allow for equity access cards!!! I have searched everything I can think and found nothing!!! Where is this located? I need a cite or something to reference!

Please disregard my question above. It appears there is a statute in Kentucky that any transaction with a credit card has to have a free ride grace period. So if a HELOC with a credit access card was paid in full with the statement period, interest could not be charged. I think this is why access cards are not offered on HELOCs that often.

Anyone more familiar with this, please let me know if I have misstated something.
